sexual battery & four counts of obtaining money by
false pretense. He was trying to sell an unknown
liquid to a woman to treat her cancer.
Age 34. A Nigerian, he performed unlicensed vaginal
exams in Chicago.

Age 66. Andersson said he was dermatologist to the
stars. After finding his credentials and research
manufactured he was charged in San Francisco
Superior Court with 51 counts, including practicing
medicine without a license. Andersson stated he
received a medical degree in Pakistan, however no
proof he ever received a license has been found. He
was also implicated in a fraud scheme in Sweden.
“From May 2001 until May 2003, Michael Andrew
misrepresented himself as a surgeon and graduate
of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He
served as chief executive officer of Meadows
Diagnostic Imaging Center in Henderson, Colorado
and supervised at least ten contrast x-ray
procedures while pretending to be a physician.
(During such procedures, a dye is injected into the
patient to highlight the areas that are being studied.
A physician's presence is necessary in case the dye
causes anaphylactic shock, a potentially fatal allergic
reaction.) Michael had received a bachelor's degree
from the now-defunct Hamilton University; a
nonaccredited online school based in Wyoming, and

substance.
Age 26. Sporting goods salesman, taped physical
exams of girls.
Arellano was indicted with 15 counts of rape by
fraud after five patients complained about him
conducting gynecological exams on them at his
father‟s clinic. Arellano posed as a doctor from 1998
– 2004 although he as never been a licensed
physician.
Arnett, who was under investigation for promoting
online & foreign medical schools, was given a license
to practice as surgical assistant.
He told the State Board that he was going to open a
surgical assistants company.
Age 50. Indicted for operating a clinic where Asonye
allowed two Nigerian nationals to pose as Asonye
and treat 100's of patients. Although a licensed
doctor, he was charged with practicing medicine
without a license and under an assumed name.

he was arrested and pleaded no contest to a felony
drug charge in 2003. He medical license was

Age 47. Bertha was arrested, then charged with five
felony “practicing medicine without a license” counts
and two misdemeanor counts of dispensing
medication without a license. She has pleaded not
guilty. Bertha is owner of several abortion mills in
the Los Angeles area when a woman was found very
ill after a botched abortion.
The men listed have performed abortions at the
clinics. All, except Flanigan, have lost their medical
licenses.

promoted from Kentucky. He charged a standard fee
of $10,000 for his supposed cancer treatments. He
was sentenced to 12 ½ years for wire fraud and
money laundering.
He along with Lammers and Michaels were students
of St Luke‟s online medical school.
Age unknown. MarJanna claimed she was a
gynecologist. After pleading guilty to posing as a
doctor she was sentenced to home confinement,
probation and fines.
Age 75. Several criminal actions in Quebec for
unlicensed practice, practices from home; speaks
French only
Age 59. Daprano was sentenced to 45 yrs and will
have to serve at least 85 percent. He was convicted
on 3 counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor,
two counts of practicing medicine without a license,
43 counts of practicing psychology without a license
and charges of contributing to the delinquency of a
minor, extortion and attempt to commit a felony.
The acts occurred between April and June 2004.

orthopedics clinic examined one person and gave
another prescription drugs. He also had a parking
pass that allowed him to park in the physicians‟ lot.
Tampa General initially became aware of David when
he tried to obtain a hospital photo ID. When the
police went to arrest him he was in scrubs and had
told his parents he was going to work at the
hospital. He was arrested on 3 counts of practicing
medicine without a license, grand theft and
possession with intent to deliver prescription drugs.

Age 53. Practiced chiropractic medicine without a
license and unlawfully billed insurers. Davis is
standing trial on more than 20 counts including
practice medicine without a certificate. Davis, a
license massotherapist with a degree in
mechotherapy, was practicing as a chiropractor from
1999 through 2005.
Age 53. Davis trail continues. A chiropractic board
investigator stated on the stand, that the state
medical board had complaints about Davis for the
last 4 or 5 years.
Age 53. Davis testified he didn‟t represent himself as
a doctor. He stated he treated 13,000 patients over
20 years without a problem
Age 53. Charged with 27 counts, many involving
practice of medical or surgery without a certificate
for practicing from his Rehab office. Davis received a
OH mechanotherapy license, however stopped
licensing mechanotherapy in 1992 and never license
the school, Ohio College of Limited Medical Practice
he graduated from.
Age 53. A jury found Davis guilty of those five
counts and innocent of 22. The prosecutor stated he
would recommend a prison sentence and license
revocation.
Age 53. Mark Davis was sentenced to four years
probation after pleading with the judge not to send
him to prison.
Age 32. Told his employer he was a licensed
physician & in that capacity wrote 2 prescriptions for
legend drugs. NJ State Bd of Medical Examiners
order required that Diaz cease & desist holding
himself in the practice of medicine & surgery nor
prepare or sign drug prescriptions.
Age unknown. Used ozone machine for vaginal
infections.
Age unknown. Pleaded guilty to 3 counts of
practicing medicine without a license. Is currently
serving 9 years in federal prison for defrauding
cancer patients and stating he could cure cancer.
Age unknown. NE Board order given to
Ealy to cease & desist unlicensed practice of
medicine. Ealy read a chest x-ray and made a
diagnosis, which was beyond his scope of practice.

Indian women out of money.
Age 56. Arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting
a patient that had been coming to him for 12 years.
Expected to also face a charge of practicing medicine
without a license.
The Medical Board of California investigators served
a search warrant and arrest warrant today. Omar
Abisaid Sarabia Esparza and Ezequiel Sanchez
Solorzano were arrested for practicing medicine
without a license, aiding and abetting, and selling
misbranded drugs Medical Board investigators, along
with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE) agents, conducted an investigation for several
months. Esparza and Solorzano were treating
patients at a residence where they were selling and
dispensing misbranded drugs. An undercover
investigation was conducted by a Medical Board
investigator who was treated and given medication.
The activity was brought to the attention of ICE and
the Medical Board by the husband of a patient who
was given an injection and suffered side effects.
Age 56. Treated hundreds of Spanish speaking
patients. Charged with practicing medicine without a
license and acupuncture. Office was in apartment.

embezzled from a Klamath Falls, OR health agency.
Impersonated at least two psychologists and
attempted to murder one of them, used other
names.
Age 35. In October a grand jury indicted him on the
charge of practicing medicine without a license. He
stated he was a cardiothoracic surgeon, trained at
Johns Hopkins. At the same time as the grand jury
hearing, he was in Kentucky as a 4th yr med
student. After the media wrote about Michael, the
Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington dismissed him.

Michael was sentenced to four months in the Clark
County Detention Center along with four years of
intensive supervised probation. He plead guilty to 1
felony count of practicing medicine without a license.
Michael really received a bachelor's degree from the
now-defunct Hamilton University, an on-line school
based in Wyoming. And he was enrolled in Saint
Luke's School of Medicine, a correspondence medical
school based in Liberia, Africa that has since been
shut down by African authorities.
Age 38. About the same time that Nevada was
inquiring about Michael, he was Kentucky becoming
a student at an Internet medical school promoted by
Stephen Arnett. Arnett arranged for Michael‟s
placement with Lexington doctors. There is no
evidence that he did anything improper.
Michael pleaded guilty to one count of practicing
medicine without a license. He served six months
and was sentenced to four years of supervised
probation.
In August 2006 Michael violated his probation and
charged in federal court in Las Vegas with bank
fraud and other charges. He is currently in a Las
Vegas jail awaiting an October 16th trial date.

investigator in her home office, suggesting that she
wanted clients to stop using prescription
medications, recommending herbal supplements.
The Colorado Medical Board “permanently and
perpetually enjoined” Betty Miller from ever
practicing medicine in Colorado.
Age 73. Gave medical advice and services from 2
medical offices. He is charged with practicing
medicine without a license, insurance fraud and
grand theft. In 1996 he had been charged with the
same offense but did not spend any time in jail. He
said he had a Cuban medical license, however he
failed the ECFMG exam.
In 1993 he plead guilty to wire fraud and was placed
on probation for 5 years. He was also charged with
false information to obtain a social security card. He
was attempting to get a medical license under the
name of Carl Anderson, a licensed doctor, using
Anderson‟s credentials as his. In 1994 the MN Bd of
Med Practice revoked his medical license. More

Age unknown. Posed as doctor at a storefront clinic.
Arrested for murder when a 13-month old patient
died.

permanently disfigured them. On April 12th he was
